We take care of the complete process, including post-treatments and cleaning. We also take care of specialized requirements such as bake-out, RGA and Grade 2 packaging completely in-house. Thus we offer a total solution that allows our customers to focus on their core business.

From High Precision to Large-Part Machining
With the acquisition of Ottmar Buchberger GmbH, WILVO has further expanded its production capabilities. In addition to high-precision mechanical components and complex assemblies, WILVO now also offers extensive expertise in large-part machining.
This enables us to support customers in the production of both small precision components and large, complex workpieces with tight tolerances. From our facilities in the Netherlands and Germany, we combine craftsmanship, advanced manufacturing technologies, and in-depth expertise in manufacturability to produce components efficiently and reliably.
Thanks to this expansion, WILVO offers an even broader manufacturing platform for OEMs operating in industries such as high-tech, machine building, energy, semiconductors, and industrial applications.
