Establishment of WILVO
- WILVO was founded by Ton Willems and Jan Vosters.
With passion for production, more than 600 employees and over 50 years of experience, WILVO is the high-tech partner in cost-efficient production of parts & assemblies and transport solutions in high-mix & low-volume. From our locations in Bergeijk and Nijkerk and with the strength of WILVO Precision and WILVO Development we have the capacity and expertise to realize complex projects at the highest level. As a high-tech partner and one-stop-shop our absolute strength lies in supplying complex products at the highest quality standards; from mono-parts to complex assemblies. This often involves many hundreds of parts within a single manufacture.
We are enormously driven to contribute to the success of our customers and always want to be part of the best solution. WILVO therefore continuously takes a critical look at both processes and output. Where necessary, we invest in new technologies, methods and techniques. Everything is aimed at consistent high accuracy, precision, efficiency, quality and With WILVO you win. In this way we are able – time and again – to exceed our customers’ expectations in terms of quality, logistics, technology, costs and sustainability. Customers who assemble their end systems in Europe find that WILVO offers the best solution in these areas.
Do you have a challenge for us? The bigger, the better! Let us think, make and organize. We promise this will make you successful.

In addition, with our refurbishment program for transportation systems, we are actively contributing to a circular economy by reducing raw material use and waste. This program earned us the ASML Circular Economy Award in 2019. In our cooperation with ASML, we are also jointly committed to continually reducing our CO₂ emissions. For example, we are currently saving on our electricity consumption equivalent to the consumption of 4,500 Dutch households.
